Small sample: 1,789 ratings (8% 1-star, 3% 2-star). The Amazon listing calls it 'Bliss BB1000', while The Spruce and CNN call it 'BB-1000 Supreme'.

The Spruce's favorite bidet seat: full-featured, with a warm dryer, heated seat and easy remote, and it took about 15 minutes to install. CNN found its remote laggy and its stream less comfortable than Toto's or Tushy's. Amazon owners say the warm water doesn't last long, and 11% of ratings are 1-2 stars.

Top complaints

  • Warm water runs out

Amazon's review summary says the seat is always warm, but the warm water doesn't last long.

  • Laggy remote

CNN Underscored says the remote often took multiple presses to start or stop the bidet. Amazon's summary says some owners report the remote only works when held.

  • Some units break after a year

Amazon's summary calls durability mixed: some units last three or more years, while others broke after one. Some shoppers also consider it overpriced. 8% of ratings are 1-star.

What experts say

  • The Spruce: Best overall and best electric (updated 2026-06-01): its favorite for over a year, with a learning curve for finding your spray angle.
  • CNN Underscored: Tested, not picked: strong on paper, but its lagging remote and less comfortable stream put it below the Toto and Tushy.
