A dual-mode warmer (fast steam or gentler water bath) with an app, which Babylist calls the best overall and BabyGearLab the most consistent. But Wirecutter found it consistently overheated bottles, and Babylist says the steam mode can overheat small bottles.

Top complaints

  • Can overheat (steam mode, high settings)

Wirecutter says it consistently overheated bottles to concerning temperatures. BabyGearLab saw contents above 130°F on the highest setting (not the recommended one), and Babylist says Quick Warm can overheat bottles, especially small ones.

  • Too hot or too cold for some owners

Amazon's summary says temperature control and warming time are mixed, notes owners can get burned if not careful, and says some find it overpriced. BabyGearLab found it didn't get warm enough by auto-shutoff on the recommended settings.

  • Expensive; refill and cool-down each use

BabyGearLab lists price as a con, says water must be refilled each time and the unit must cool before a second bottle. Babylist also calls it pricey.

What owners love

  • Most consistent at BabyGearLab

Bottles reached similar temperatures every time on the maker's settings, earning BabyGearLab's 'Most Consistent' award.

  • Easy to use, with an app

BabyGearLab's highest ease-of-use score (9.1/10); the Bluetooth app can start it and change settings. Amazon owners call it easy and a life-saver.

  • Two warming modes and a defrost setting

Babylist: Quick Warm (steam) or Steady Warm (water bath, about 5-10 minutes), 9 settings, works with frozen milk and is safe for glass.
