Top complaints
- Inconsistent results
BabyGearLab gave it the group's lowest warming-quality score (2.3/10): at 8 minutes, readings ranged from 91°F to 115°F with the same settings. Babylist says bottles can come out too hot or too cool, and Wirecutter found heating times weren't always consistent.
- Fiddly water vial and trial and error
Wirecutter says the vial's measurement lines are hard to read, especially at night, and its chart took experimenting. BabyGearLab found the instructions hard to follow, and you can't stop or reset a cycle once started.
- Heating plate rusts
Amazon's review summary says durability is a concern, with multiple customers reporting the hot plate rusted and flaked apart.

What experts say
- Wirecutter (NYT): Budget pick: the fastest and most accurate steam warmer it tested, but the vial is hard to fill, there's a 10-minute wait between cycles, and it can't take glass bottles or frozen pouches.
- BabyGearLab: Ranked 10 of 11: cheap and fairly quick, but inconsistent, the maker's settings don't warm enough, and the cycle can't be stopped.
- Babylist: Most affordable: compact and fast per parents, but heating is inconsistent and it isn't for glass bottles.
