This listing (3,660 ratings) is titled SL-Track; Men's Health links it for the S-track chair, so ratings likely pool Real Relax variants rather than the Favor-03 ADV alone.

The budget favorite: Good Housekeeping's best value, Forbes' best value and Men's Health's best overall, with zero gravity, heat, airbags and Bluetooth for about $900–$1,000. It isn't built for people over 6 feet or 240 pounds, and the warranty is just one year.

Top complaints

  • Poor fit for taller or larger users

Men's Health says that fully reclined it isn't effective for users over six feet: the rollers and airbags miss, and taller testers found it awkward, bordering on uncomfortable. Forbes says it isn't ideal for people over six feet or 240 pounds, and the Amazon listing gives a 240 lb maximum.

  • Short one-year warranty

Men's Health calls the one-year warranty its main gripe, below most other makers. Good Housekeeping also lists a 1-year warranty.

  • Limited reach and fewer modes

Good Housekeeping's con is that the Favor-03 ADV is S-track only and doesn't reach the buttocks and hamstrings. Forbes says it has fewer modes and only one zero-gravity setting. A 1-star Amazon reviewer found it weak on the neck and shoulders, too much pressure for family members, and says the Bluetooth paired with only one of ten devices.

What owners love

  • Lots of features for the price

Men's Health's panel was universally surprised by how much it packs in for under $1,000. Forbes says it shares high-end features with the Osaki Champ II for less than half the price.

  • Rollers plus airbags, with heat

Men's Health found the rollers and full-body airbags worked well together, and liked the heat and one-button zero gravity. Amazon's summary says owners find the massage strong and effective, with airbags that comfortably compress forearms and calves.

  • Easy controls and setup

GH likes the large LCD remote and voice control. Men's Health testers found the LCD remote easy and intuitive. Amazon owners say it's easy to assemble (about 30 minutes per the listing).

What experts say

  • Good Housekeeping: Best value (Favor-03 ADV, updated 2026-09-18): Bluetooth, voice control and a large LCD remote. S-track only.
  • Forbes Vetted: Best value (SL-track model): full-body airbags, heat and zero gravity under $1,000. Fewer modes, one zero-gravity setting, not for people over 6 ft or 240 lb.
  • Men's Health: Best overall: the most full-featured chair in its price range. Mediocre 1-year warranty and awkward for users over 6 ft.
