- Fabric cover gets shaggy and loses stretch
In Wirecutter's long-term testing the washable fabric prefilter collected hair and dust and lost its elasticity after a few washes, so it needed replacing.

Wirecutter says the touchscreen has no physical cues, which may be hard for people with visual or dexterity impairments, and there is no app-connected version. HouseFresh also lists no app support and buttons that aren't backlit.
